It sets the perfect tone for the rich, unforgettable meal that you’re about to have. A Caesar’s steak is aged for a minimum of 28 days and then charbroiled on an open-flame grill. You can expect it to be tender and flavorful at the same time.

This restaurant has actually been ranked by a couple of magazines as the number 1 steakhouse in Calgary for several years. As customers who have dined here several times, we can’t help but agree.
It’s definitely a must to get the tableside Caesar Salad as an appetizer. This dish is so good that we wouldn’t be surprised if they rebranded the restaurant as the Caesar Salad of Calgary instead.
But of course, the main event is their renowned Beef Wellington. They’ve mastered how to cook it to perfection. It’s so juicy that even Gordon Ramsay would be proud.
