Important part of my personal and emotional growth
“I have been seeing Jeff Sturgeon for 5 years. Before him, I had tried at least 10 other counsellors before I found the right fit. He is warm, compassionate, intuitive, funny, and completely accepting. I see him when I need a “tune-up,” and it always feels like no time has passed between visits. He has been an important part of my personal and emotional growth and can not recommend him enough.”

Kind, professional, and really understands trauma
“I’ve been using Your Counselling for online PTSD therapy, and it’s been a really positive experience. The therapist I have been working with is kind, professional, and really understands trauma. I have felt safe and supported from the first session. What I really like is the flexibility, being able to have sessions from anywhere made it easier to stay consistent, and everything still felt private and secure. My therapist has given me many practical tools for my mental and physical ‘toolbox’ that help me manage anxiety and triggers in everyday life. I’m feeling more stable and confident than I have in a long time. If you’re struggling with PTSD or trauma, I’d definitely recommend giving Your Counselling a try. It’s made a big difference for me.”

Their Depression Counselling is another key strength. The goal is not only to manage symptoms but also to help you rediscover meaning and purpose.
Now, if you need help but you’re on a tight budget, try their supervised practicum sessions. For only $50 per hour, you’ll get competent care without the high price tag.
We like that they offer extended hours, which include in-person, online, phone, and even walk-and-talk therapy.
A small drawback is their somewhat condescending receptionists. But we’re glad that this issue seems to be an isolated case.
Can’t believe how far I have come since our first session
“It’s a wonderful feeling to have someone knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful helping me overcome my anxiety and fears. I can’t believe I waited so long to get help for something that (over time) has virtually stolen such important daily activities from me. They say the first step is the hardest, and I am so happy I reached out to Tiffany. I strongly recommend Tiffany Petite from Virtuous Circle Counselling for anyone thinking about getting help and support – trust me, put yourself first! You are worth it! I always feel supported and validated, and I can’t believe how far I have come since our first session. With Tiffany’s help, I am learning how to work through my anxiety.
