Of course, it’s well known that lips have gotten bigger over the years. But I can’t help but wonder if they’d look good on me, too.
I knew the only way to find out was to actually approach a clinic, but I didn’t want to go to a random one. Instead, I made sure to do research and ask around for the most reliable lip filler clinics in the city.

There’s a huge chance that you’ve already heard of The Injectionist & Aesthetics. Apart from winning the Top Choice Award 4 years in a row, they’ve also been featured in publications like The Calgary Herald.
While this is typically a good sign, it also comes with a catch. Their prices are sadly higher than other clinics.
Fortunately, their service makes up for it, starting with a thorough consultation. Even if you’ve gotten fillers before and already know some things, they’ll still evaluate your face and your goals to come up with the correct plan.
We especially like that they prioritize facial harmony more than anything. Your lips will definitely have more volume, but they’ll still look natural.
Plus, the whole thing is quick and painless. You won’t even have to wait after; most of their clients say that they were able to resume their usual routine after an hour or so of the procedure.

YYC Botox & Fillers has been operating for over 5 years in Calgary. They can practically address all areas of your body, with services like fillers, micro needling, laser hair removal, fat reduction, and even acne injections.
Plenty of their clients return for the peaceful and calming atmosphere inside the clinic. Based on what we’ve heard, some even managed to overcome their fear of needles, thanks to the practitioners who work hard to provide a pleasant experience.
Despite their popularity, they’re known for being able to accommodate busy schedules. Same-week arrangements are pretty common for them, but they accept same-day appointments as well.
Unfortunately, accommodating a high number of patients has its downsides. Some of their customers have complained about their sessions feeling rushed. There have even been a few who wished that the practitioners could have been more attentive.

Vive Med Spa has been providing premium, personalized treatments since 2007. Their services are meant to encourage confidence among their clients.
We find it very unique that they prefer being called a ‘medi spa’ instead of a clinic. It’s because the staff wants to highlight that clients aren’t just going to receive advanced treatments, they’re going to be pampered as well.
As for lip fillers, they’ll totally listen to what you want. Whether you prefer natural-looking lips or dramatic results, they’ll make it happen.
But before you even get to that point, they’ll discuss plenty of things with you first. They’ll make sure you’re informed before you commit.
However, we found that their customer service needs a bit of improvement. For the most part, most customers praise the staff’s friendliness. But in some cases, there were clients who left feeling ignored.
