Out of panic, I called the first number I could find online. They sounded legit and professional, so I didn’t think too much of it.

We also think that their transparency and collaborative nature are a huge plus. As they progress, they’ll explain every step of their process and make sure that you understand what’s happening.
Unfortunately, they’re not as communicative online. They don’t always respond to messages and might even arrive at your house on your scheduled appointment without prior notice.

At this point, Servpro is pretty much a household name in the city. They’ve been providing 24/7 emergency services since 1967.
Their expertise covers repairs, remodeling, and specialty cleanings, such as pathogen decontamination and crime scene cases, for both residential and commercial clients. However, they’re mostly known for water extraction and cleanup services.
Before you start working with them, you should know that their quotes aren’t always the most accurate. We’ve heard a few complaints about the final bill being higher than the initial estimate, but this is usually for cases that end up more severe than most.
For the most part, the company gets a lot of compliments for responding very quickly. Some clients even say that they arrive within 30 minutes of being contacted.
We also find it nice that they make an effort to keep clients updated. Their reports are always detailed, with a lot of pictures as proof.
