The only catch is that you might not get to see a doctor if you arrive later in the day. From time to time, the staff closes registration for walk-ins earlier than advertised once their patient capacity for the day has been reached.

The doctors here display empathy by patiently listening to your concerns, whether you’re coming from surgery or recovering from the flu.
I especially like that they remember to follow up later on. They’ll even check in after every test to discuss your results.
Unfortunately, the rest of the clinic’s customer service needs to keep up. Some patients have complained about how they rarely answer calls. And if they do, chances are you’ll be put on hold.

I don’t think any other clinic can beat Eastside Medical Clinic & Pharmacy’s walk-in waiting times. It usually only takes around 10 to 30 minutes before a patient is seen by a doctor.
And that’s such a relief, considering their waiting room isn’t the most comfortable. Some patients have complained about it being cramped and cluttered.
To offer consolation, the receptionists here are really kind.. They’ll greet you with a smile and guide you through their process, especially if you’re a new patient.
The customer service extends to their doctors, who put in the effort to make each client feel heard. They’ll even go above and beyond to help you save money, finding the generic versions of their prescribed medicines.
We think that’s a big plus, considering that you won’t find that level of customer care in other walk-in clinics.
We heard that they’re great with patients of all ages, specifically kids. It’s actually very common to hear entire families going to this clinic.
