Glenmore Place Apartments simplifies monthly budgeting by bundling heat, water, and sewer costs directly into your rent.

New tenants even secure one month of free rent upfront. With this scheme, managing monthly living expenses becomes much easier without unpredictable utility bills popping up unexpectedly.

We were thrilled with their concrete floors and triple-glazed windows, which effectively block out surrounding neighbourhood noise so residents enjoy a quiet living space.

Moreover, their peaceful indoor environments let you unwind comfortably after a long day at work.

The convenient transit links and close proximity to Chinook Mall are also ideal to keep daily errands simple.

Just a heads up: pet owners must follow strict weight limits up to 45 pounds alongside a $30 monthly fee. Closed doors at the leasing office on weekends can also make handling administrative tasks tricky if you work standard weekday hours.

  • Highly walkable location near Chinook Mall
  • Convenient in-suite washer and dryer
  • Solid community perks like a fitness center

Cons

  • Strict pet weight limits and monthly fees
