Compared 3 storage container companies and PODS came out on top for pricing. Call center experience and follow up emails was excellent. No upsetting pressure from agent. Quality of the storage POD is great, we are using a 12x8x8 container which fits perfectly in our front parking pad. Delivery driver James was super diligent about making sure none of concrete patio blocks or retaining walls were damaged, communication with James day of delivery was excellent. James made the pod delivery go incredibly smooth
James delivered the Pod container to my parking pad at the back of the house. He was very communicative, he called before he left the storage place in order to double check which way I wanted the door facing and provided his estimated time of arrival. He was very efficient and maneuvered the Pod in order to provide as much extra space on my parking pad as he could. Once it was done he showed me inside, the tie down rings, locking the door, etc. James made the pod delivery go incredibly smooth.

Plus, their Calgary facility is fenced, patrolled, monitored by video, and available to storage customers from dawn to dusk.
As for their rental terms, we like the short one-month minimum, with extra partial months prorated by the day. Plus, they only need one to two days’ notice for delivery or pickup.
Just know that relocating their 40-foot container is offered only in special circumstances, depending on site and equipment access.
