The experience exceeded our expectations
I brought my mom(96 in 3 months) in for foot care, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The clinic is well-run, and the staff are friendly, patient and attentive. Dr. Russell was excellent—very patient, explained everything in a way my mom could understand, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, not just the treatment. It’s such a relief to find a podiatrist she trusts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic, especially for seniors.

Surgery was avoided!
I highly recommend Dr. Russell and his staff. I was very impressed by all the staff. I had been seeing a different podiatrist for 1.5 years, trying to fix a problem. They provide patient-specific orthotics using a 3D laser foot scan sent to Kiwi Orthotic Labs.
New patients only have to pay a reasonable $95 office-visit fee. If you can’t make it to the clinic, you can conveniently book a virtual consultation.
Keep in mind that the clinic sees patients only on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Wednesday and Friday are office-only days, which can sharply narrow appointment options.

Dr Irvine is the absolute best!
Dr Irvine is the absolute best! I was in so much toe pain, that I couldn’t even walk, when I called. Thankfully I was able to see him the next day. He was so informative, skilled, knowledgeable and he fixed me right up! Literally the next day all my pain was gone, just like he said. A first appointment here is comprehensive. It may include a medical history review, foot-and-ankle examination, gait and biomechanical assessment, and diagnosis discussion.
Plus, they use VeriScan red-line laser 3D imaging for custom-made orthotics, ensuring precise foot measurements for a comfortable, highly accurate fit.
Just note that they’re not a Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) clinic. Patients needing WCB-billed care will have to look for another provider.

Fit me in on short notice
