There are so many things about Shine Orthodontics that make it seem like the most inclusive clinic in Calgary. Apart from having accessible facilities, they also have a super convenient in-house laboratory.
Their staff is accommodating and flexible with scheduling. All appointments are efficiently set, so you don’t have to wait long when you arrive. Plus, they’re willing to extend office hours, especially for treatments that may take a while.
However, all of this mostly applies to patients who set an appointment ahead of time. Walk-in clients aren’t always as lucky, considering that the clinic occasionally closes earlier than what’s advertised online.
But once you do have an appointment, their dentists will take the time to explain their process step-by-step. From what I’ve heard, they’re really good at easing their patients’ nervousness, too.
