I’ve always been a thrifty person, and I admit that I take it too far from time to time. But whenever an issue pops up at home, I assume that I can fix it without paying for someone else to help me.
Well, it was exactly this line of thinking that got me to pay double what I should’ve for a dining room upgrade. To cut a long story short, I thought I could install wood flooring all on my own.
After weeks of creaking and uneven steps, I had to find someone who could undo the damage I had done. Thankfully, I found contractors who made it look like no bad decisions ever occurred in that room.

Plus, they have a warranty program that covers materials and labor. If an issue comes up after they’re done, they’ll send over a crew to fix it at no charge.

You can go to them for planning, building, and even landscaping services. And if needed, they’ll even be happy to throw in basic design work for free.
Once they start the project, you’ll notice just how high their standards are. They’re very precise and work hard to get every detail right.
And the best thing is that they’ll keep you in the loop through it all. We found out that they provide weekly status emails of their progress. This contains everything that’s happened, along with information about decisions you might have to make soon.
Sadly, they don’t seem to be as proactive with quotation requests. Apparently, it could take weeks before they get back to any inquiries. So if this happens to you, you can just send a second email to follow up.

The only thing you’ll really have to watch out for is their customer service over the phone. There have been complaints saying that this is something they should improve.
