Ever since it launched in 2007, Twenty20 & Co Inspections has always been ahead of the curve. They only use the most advanced inspection tools, such as FLIR cameras, moisture meters, and gas detectors.
But even though their equipment looks complicated, their inspectors will ensure that you understand what they’re doing. They’ll walk you through the ins and outs of the property.
Although having sociable staff is usually a plus, clients have stated that their inspectors can be too talkative at times. They chat so much that inspections can take longer than usual.
You can just let them know if you’re in a rush, though. They’re usually very accommodating. They’ll even squeeze you in if you ever need a rush job.
Personally, our favorite part of their service is the web-based report. This is something you can easily download and share. It’ll contain a prioritized list of pressing issues in the property, as well as useful maintenance tips.

BOCC Inspections is a great company for first-time home buyers. They’re essentially a one-stop shop for a home inspection service.
They check the structural components of properties, all their different rooms and surfaces, built-in appliances, exterior areas such as the driveway and garage, and electrical and plumbing systems.
Despite their inspectors usually being meticulous, there have been a few complaints from disappointed clients. We found out that they don’t always go into rooms that are a bit hard to access, resulting in a few details being overlooked.
But for the most part, their reports capture everything from minor to major issues. They also contain plenty of helpful advice and will tell you what to expect in the long run.
In case you need after-inspection support, such as renovations or repairs, you can rely on them to connect you with one of their trusted vendors.

Whatever service you get, you can expect their inspectors to be efficient and professional. They always do their job as quickly as possible, while still being attentive and thorough.
Unfortunately, they aren’t as speedy when it comes to answering messages. It seems to be the one area that their clients aren’t super happy with.
Still, you’ll have a comprehensive report to refer to. We think it’s especially convenient that they already include the repairs and investments that you’ll have to consider if you want to buy that specific property.

Even though Accurate Home Inspection has only been around for a few years, they already have plenty of satisfied clients and several awards from HomeStars.
They’re known for responding to requests fast, usually sending an inspector within 2 to 3 days. But they can accommodate customers who need inspections on much shorter notice.
You can depend on them to leave no stone unturned. From the outside, they’ll check your porch, foundation, roof, garage, and chimney. And inside, they’ll inspect your attic, heating, plumbing, electrical panels, ventilation, and more.
Their final report will be ready within a few hours. We think you’ll appreciate that they add a ton of additional resources that could help you out with maintenance.
Sadly, they might not be as informative during the actual inspection. There were some clients who expressed that they felt they had to ask a lot of questions to really understand the state of the property.
