I didn’t reply much at the time, but let’s just say I wasn’t surprised when he started complaining months later. That was when he started noticing uneven flooring, crooked installations, and just all-around poor craftsmanship in different areas of the house.

Apart from this, we like that they’re very responsive throughout the build. They’ll regularly send you progress pictures and will swiftly address any issues that come up.
Sadly, they don’t seem to be as consistent after they’ve finished the project. According to some customers, the builders don’t respond that fast to post-construction problems.
