Working with Vista Geomatics to obtain a Real Property Report was a pleasant experience. The surveyor that did the survey was friendly and answered all questions. Work progressed on a timely matter. I had them interface (at a reasonable cost) with the City of Calgary for an encroachment consent and stamped with a certificate of compliance. There was some delay to get the encroachment consent and the certificate of compliance but overall it was complete before I put my house on the market. Vista Geomatics communicated with me to give me updates on the process.
