1. The Big Box Family Entertainment Hub

Website: thebigbox.ca/calgary-se/
Address: Unit 65 – 1221 Canyon Meadows DR SE
Contact: +1 403-244-2691
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Statutory Holiday Hours May Vary)
Spanning over 55,000 square feet, The Big Box Family Entertainment Hub packs several play areas under one roof, so families don’t have to bounce between different venues.
One parent we spoke with recently brought their kids here and loved how easily they could switch from the dedicated toddler spaces to the high-adrenaline ropes course. With so much to do, the whole family can stay busy for the entire day.
The unlimited daily playtime is another big plus. Kids can slide, climb, and play at their own pace without anyone rushing them out.
Plus, parents don’t pay extra just to supervise, since two adults get in free.
The main catch is the strict no-reentry policy. Once you leave, you can’t come back, so you’ll need to grab lunch or snacks at the on-site cafe.
Great dedicated area for little ones and toddlers
It’s recently opened so everything still looks new and working. What I like about this indoor playground is that there is always a ground staff that keeps the area and structures clean. The cafeteria has variety of food menu, but wait time is too long. Best time to go is during the first couple of hours and the last hour before closing. Weekend lunch time can get really busy fast. I also like the height of their playground structure where adults can freely move around (looking for their toddlers). Great dedicated area for little ones and toddlers.

New indoor playground location that’s fun for toddlers and super clean
New indoor playground location that’s fun for toddlers and super clean. Multiple different sections and fun for all ages, even the adults can have a good time (with some minor whiplash ya know). There are a few bouncy castle structures with ball pits, basketball hoops, soccer balls, and Velcro targets. There is a toddler section with a peg board, a pin board, a ball pit, big blocks, ball suction machine, and some slides. There are bumper cars as well (extra charge, not for toddlers).

2. Cloud Land Calgary

Address: #130 111 Sage Valley Common
Contact: 403-453-5670 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Cloud Land Calgary combines physical activity with interactive digital projection zones that respond to kids’ movements. This setup encourages active learning and problem-solving without relying on traditional screens.
The space is also designed with calming colours and soft lighting, which helps keep things from feeling too loud or overwhelming.
Another family-friendly perk is the admission policy. Every child’s admission includes entry for two accompanying adults at no extra cost, making it easier for families to enjoy the experience together.
This spot is definitely a great indoor option during Calgary’s colder months when outdoor activities aren’t as practical.
The main downside is the lack of public lockers, so caregivers have to carry their bags and heavy coats while keeping up with their kids around the play zones.
What a fantastic indoor playground!
What a fantastic indoor playground!
Cloud Land is the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy, with tons of fun interactive games (the projection ones are super cool and engaging), exciting slides, a cute play house area with climbing structure, and even a dedicated baby/toddler section that’s safe and gentle for the little ones.

Very clean, comfortable, and easy to keep an eye on your kids
This was our first time visiting Cloud Land Indoor Playground. We were traveling from Vancouver with our kids and did some research ahead. This place is very different from other indoor playgrounds.
It’s a well designed, smaller but I think on purpose indoor play space, very clean, comfortable, and easy to keep an eye on your kids, which we really appreciate as parents. The pricing makes sense with the timed sessions, and it never feels overcrowded.

Address: 49 Aero Dr NE #18

Hide N Seek makes birthday parties easier by giving kids unlimited access to the playground before and after their private room rental.
They provide a dedicated party coach that’ll handle all the messy food cleanup, which makes things much less stressful. The packages also include basics like plates, cups, and table decor.
There are savings for regular visits too. Families arriving after 6 PM get 30% off regular admission, making it a budget-friendly way to burn off some post-dinner energy.
Plus, the on-site Orange Tree Cafe means you can grab food and drinks without leaving the building.
But keep in mind, the discounted cards are only valid Monday through Friday, so they’re less useful for families who mostly visit on weekends.
This place is safe & clean
This indoor playground is so much fun for kids. This place is safe & clean. It is a great place to celebrate kids birthday…they have good birthday party packages. You can spend some hours & you can also buy food from there. There is one baby area , one toddler area too.
This place is always very busy. Staffs are helpful. There is plenty of parking over there.

There are specially designated toddler areas too
This is a great indoor playground to bring children of all ages. The playground has multiple levels, slides, tunnels, stairs etc. Adults can follow their children into most of the areas; some of the slides are quite fun and really fast. There are specially designated toddler areas too. There’s tables with chairs and even some arcade machines. They have a café too that serves the usual concession items. There were lots of kids and families there on a Saturday at 5pm, but it didn’t feel too busy in the playground itself.

The space can accommodate up to 300 guests, making it well-suited for busy community events without feeling too cramped.
Families get a few helpful perks too. Accompanying adults and infants enter for free, while the on-site cafeteria serves hot meals for longer visits.
Kids can spend hours exploring the arcade and climbing walls, giving parents plenty of time to relax nearby.

Unfortunately, strollers aren’t allowed inside, which can make managing an infant and heavy diaper bags tiring.
A decent indoor playground for kids
A decent indoor playground for kids. We went with our 2 year old, it was more than sufficient for her. Its comparatively smaller than other indoor playgrounds in the city, which is an advantage as the kids don’t get lost easily. For the price , its totally worth it.

Not overwhelming for both parents and kids
It is a good indoor playground. There’s a nice toddler play area. The whole place is not too big that you could lose sight of them. Not overwhelming for both parents and kids. Love the promos. The staff are amazing. There’s a good amount of seats and different hot snacks. I just wish they would fix some of the activities that are broken. I would give it 4.5 stars.

Parents can also take a break in the seating lounge, which has TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The full-service café here even serves burgers and pizza, so families can stay longer without having to leave for lunch.

We love coming here!
We love coming here! We love how big and open the play structure is, the food is good!
We also love the family package we’re we all get a drink, cheeze pizza and each kid gets a game card and can play like 2 or 3 games
The place is tidy and the lovely lady who owns it is kind! Honestly we have switched our indoor playground time to this location because it’s better maintained then some of the others we use to spend our time at!

The play area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities
We had a great time at Luv2Play! It’s a fantastic indoor playground for kids, especially younger ones. The play area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities like slides, tunnels, and climbing structures. There’s even a toddler section, which is perfect for little ones who need their own space to explore.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and they did a good job of keeping everything organized. The café inside is a nice bonus—having snacks and drinks available while the kids play is super convenient.
