Fantastic pilates studio
“Fantastic pilates studio. I worked with Cheryl all summer as a visitor to Calgary and a newbie pilates person. Cheryl was so incredible that she set me on a lifetime journey with pilates. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and diligent, and probably one of the best trainers of any kind that I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this studio, including Tara as well.” — shelley sugarman, Google Review

The staff and instructors are extremely helpful and friendly
“I was pleasantly surprised with Club Pilates. I have been going to the gym for a few years and wanted to change up my routine. When I started looking for and asking about Pilates, I was told, “Pilates is expensive. Pilates is for trophy wives.” Well, let’s just I am not a “trophy wife” ….. yet….. unless the “participation ribbon” counts. Hahahaha, but I will say I really enjoyed my experience so far. The staff and instructors are extremely helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable, and they had a lot of class choices, both time-wise and level-wise. 5 STARS from me!” — Tanya Rycroft, Google Review
Instructors ask each student about any injuries in order to plan
“Friendly and approachable staff and instructors. Appreciate when instructors ask each student about any injuries, in order to plan and accommodate as needed. I hate dealing with parking and related stress when I’m trying to make a class on time- parking here is quite good, and I almost always can find a spot out front. Club pilates has been a great way to augment flexibility and strength in addition to my running. I love Lisa H’s playlists!” — Trisha M.M. K, Google Review

Unfortunately, a few clients found the studio to be a bit clique-y to newcomers.

I am now more flexible, walk more upright, and feel a spring in my step. Thank you and congratulations, Adirection, for creating an inclusive, professional, and friendly studio. Donna Dupuis.” — ddcalgary, Google Review
